What exactly am I purchasing?

You are purchasing digital Canva templates designed for freelancers, service providers, and small businesses. Each product includes a Canva access link that allows you to customize the template directly inside your Canva account.

Do I need a Canva Pro subscription?

No. All templates are designed to work with a free Canva account, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Will you offer templates for other software in the future?

Possibly — we may expand later. For now, and for the long term, Virtualfolio focuses on Canva-based templates only for clarity, quality, and ease of use.

How will I receive my order?

After checkout, your order is delivered automatically through confirmation email

These emails include the Canva link to access your template.

I didn’t receive my email. What should I do?

First, check your Spam, Promotions, or Updates folder.
If nothing arrives within a few minutes, send us a message at:

What if the Canva link doesn’t open or shows an error?

No worries — Canva occasionally updates their system.
Just email support@virtualfolio.shop, and we’ll send you a fresh link for free, anytime.

How long can I request a link resend?

You have lifetime support for link access issues.

Do you offer support after purchase?

Yes. We offer:

  • 14 days of personal support for general questions or minor template issues

  • Lifetime support for broken or inaccessible Canva links

All support is personally handled — we don’t outsource.

Do you offer refunds?

No. Because all products are digital and instantly accessible, all sales are final and non-refundable, even if:

  • You purchased the wrong item

  • You changed your mind

  • You no longer need the template

  • You did not read the product description

This strict policy protects the integrity of our digital products.

Can I exchange my purchase for a different design?

No. Digital items cannot be exchanged.

Can I resell your templates?

No. Reselling, redistributing, giving away, or claiming any Virtualfolio template as your own is strictly prohibited.

Can I use the template for multiple clients?

You may use it for your own business only.
If you want to use the same template to create deliverables for clients, you must purchase a separate license per client.

Can I share my Canva link with someone else?

No. Sharing, duplicating, or distributing the original template link is not allowed.

What am I allowed to do with the templates?

You may:

  • Customize the template for your own brand

  • Use it to present your services

  • Export it for personal business use (PDF, JPG, PNG, MP4, etc.)

This falls under a Personal & Single-Business Use License.

Do you offer guidance on how to use the template?

Yes. Each product includes basic instructions. You may also email us for additional help within your 14-day support window.
